GREENBRAHMA
THE THESIS →
A lone office worker standing between two converging walls: AI tools pressing in from one side, Word, PowerPoint and Excel from the other, under demands to do more with less.
Stuck in the middle

You are the part in the middle.

Explain it to the model. Fix what it hands back. Do it again tomorrow.

See what the model actually receives ↓
STEP 1 OF 4

You go round and round with your LLM, and it never behaves.

ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity — you explain the same things every time, and you still rewrite the output by hand. Look below.

YOUR DOCUMENT
AN AI MODEL SEES THIS

Nothing on the right is missing — it's all still there. What's gone is every signal that told a person what any of it meant. No heading is a heading. The chart is an image with no data behind it. Nothing marks a finding, a source, or a limit. The model has to guess all of it, and it guesses confidently. That's the rewrite you do every time.

DOES EVERY MODEL SEE IT THE SAME WAY?

No. They differ, and the differences matter. We're measuring exactly how — same file, same task, three runs each — and these become live when the results are repeatable. We publish them either way.

The part nobody put in the job description

You are the middleware.

Every document starts the same way. You re-explain who the audience is. What tone we use. The three words we never use. That the executive summary runs to one page, not three. That sources get cited inline. That the divider slides in the template are not slide titles.

You explain it to one model. Then you explain it again to a different model because the first one wouldn’t open the file. Then you fix the output by hand, because it still put a 90-word paragraph in a box built for 25.

Your organization already knows all of this. It just has no way to tell the machine.

Where this hurts most

You already know which file this is.

MARKETINGThe strategy deck that gets rebuilt three times before the exec review.
LEGALThe demand package where a fabricated citation is not a typo.
CONSULTINGThe client report and the deck that have to say the same thing.
FINANCEThe board pack whose variance narrative has to be traceable.
ENGINEERINGThe design review a non-engineer has to be able to read.
HEALTHCARE ADMINThe operational report governance will actually audit.
Before you ask for a number

What we can and can’t tell you yet.

We are running controlled tests: the same task, the same sources, one conventional template and one GreenBrahma template, across six platforms, three runs each.

We will publish the results when they are repeatable, and we will publish them if they are bad. Until then we are not going to put a number on this page.

Design partner beta

We’re picking twenty people.

Design partners get compiled artifacts for their own templates, cross-model results before anyone else sees them, and direct input on what gets built. What we want in return is your real work and your honest reaction — including the times it doesn’t help.
